Abstract Submission
You will be informed about the acceptance of your abstract from November 15, 2026, including whether it is accepted as a poster pitch or oral presentation. Upon acceptance, you are requested to register for inclusion in the program.
The decision to accept the submitted abstract for either oral or poster presentation will be made based upon the advice of the Scientific Committee.
Before You Submit
- Prepare your abstract as a PDF, DOC, or DOCX file.
- Select the topic areas that fit your submission.
- Indicate one presenting author only.
- If you need a visa letter, include the details in the dedicated field.
