The registration fees below cover participation in the symposium and related activities. Reduced rates are available for selected academic and affiliated groups, and separate options are listed for the dinner and workshop.

Eligibility
Reduced and affiliated registration categories
Affiliates registering at the reduced rate require a registration code.
If you are eligible but have not received your registration code through the Organising Committee or your institute, please contact the event office before completing your registration.
Graduate students are participants currently enrolled in a master’s or PhD programme. The graduate student fee does not apply to researchers who have already completed a PhD.
SIM² KU Leuven researchers are considered to be researchers of one of these research groups:

Cancellation
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation before 15 March 2027, the registration fee will be refunded minus an administrative handling fee of €35.
For cancellations after 15 March 2027, no refunds will be made.
