All personal information shared with us during the registration process is stored on a local server in a GDPR compliant way until 6 months after the end of the symposium. Your contact data are stored in our customer database in order to inform you about committing slag valorisation symposia organised by the KU Leuven.
Who we share your data with
Your personal data are only shared within the Department of Materials Engineering.
What rights you have over your data
If you have had contact with us, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
