Sponsoring this symposium, your company will make itself known among academics and PhD students (the latter being potential future employees).
Sponsorship package (1500 EUR) will include:
- A web link from the SVS2015 homepage to your company's homepage
- One page advert in the final program
- One page advert in the proceedings
- One free registration to the symposium
- Your company's name as a sponsor will be displayed on a banner in the registration area.
Exhibition
Companies and suppliers are invited to present their technology and know-how to other companies and scientists, alongside the Symposium. Due to practical reasons only 10 booths are granted. Exhibition fee is €1.000 + 21% Belgian VAT for one booth (2m x 2m). The registration deadline is 01/02/2015. We offer exhibitors the possibility to advertise their products and services also in the Symposium book. More information is available here.
