As a service to the participants, block reservations have already been made for seven hotels. The locations are ranging from walking distance from the symposium venue to walking distance from the city centre.
In order to obtain the University rate you have to do one of the following:
- if a form is indicated, please fill it in and send it to the hotel's email address
- if no form is indicated then you have to book via the hotel's website and mention the code SVS2015
