General information

Alongside the Symposium, an exhibition will be organised. The focus is on generating opportunities to companies and suppliers to present their technology and know-how. Due to practical reasons only 10 booths of 2m x 2m can be granted. These booths will be allocated on a “first come, first served” basis.


A standard booth will be set up by the Symposium organisers and will include the following:

  • 1 white panel at the back (1m x 2(h)m)
  • 2 white panels, one at each side (1m x 2(h)m)
  • 1 round table
  • 1 chair
  • 1 triple plug for electricity supply (only if required)

A personal stand is also allowed, but should not exceed the area per booth provided by the exhibitor (2mx2m). An exhibitor is entitled to ask and pay for an extra booth if needed.

To display their material, exhibitors will have access to the exhibition area on Monday, April 1, 2019, from 18:00 till 20:00 or from Tuesday, April 2, 2019 from 08:30 onwards.

The Exhibition will be open to delegates throughout the three Symposium days, from Tuesday morning, April 2, 2019 until Thursday noon, April 4, 2019. The delegates are requested to empty their booth by Thursday afternoon, April 4 15:00. If preferred, an exhibitor can also opt to participate only for one day to the exhibition program (without any reduction in registration fee).

Cost details

Price per booth: €1.000 + 21% Belgian VAT (when applicable)

The 21% VAT may be refundable, depending on the exhibitor’s country law. The price covers one booth for one booth attendant, 1 page of advertisement in the Symposium book (to be delivered as a A4 PDF document). An exhibitor is entitled to bring his own stand, but the cost remains the same.


The registration should be done by using the online registration form. Download, complete and send back this form to .
After registration is completed, the exhibitor will be notified and receive an invoice from the organiser through the provided e-mail address or fax number.


After notification, the payment should be done within 10 working days. In case that the full payment has not been received by this date we keep the right to cancel the reserved booth. Note that no payment should be forwarded before receipt of the formal notification and invoice.

Exhibition location

The exhibition area is nearby the conference rooms and coffee/lunch area. It is easily accessible to the Symposium participants.
The organisers reserve the right to place the exhibitors in the most suitable booth configuration. The exhibition location will be securely locked at the end of the Symposium programme.


We offer Exhibitors the possibility to advertise their products and services in the Symposium book. The advertisement area will be limited to 1 page in the Symposium book. The advertising material has to be delivered to the organiser in PDF format, by March 1st 2019, the latest.

Terms and conditions

If the cancellation is notified before February 15th 2019, a cancellation charge of 25% of the total charge of the booth will be applied by the organiser. If the cancellation is notified on or after March 1st 2019, no refund will be made.
